Feedback that still feels personal

Your place.
Their voice.
More connected.

Business-branded NFC and QR experiences let customers choose, at the same time, between an owner-approved public review destination and a private message to the business.

Early access · Controlled pilot preparation

Business-first presentation

Public and private choices together

No rating gate

A gentle path from visit to voice

A small gesture.
A clearer connection.

LoveIt is designed to sit naturally in the moment—without a preliminary survey, a new account, or a maze of platform menus.

  1. 01

    Tap or scan

A small piece in the business opens a page made for that place and location.

  2. 02

    Choose what fits

Leave a public review on a review site the business chose, or share a private message directly with the business.

  3. 03

    Give the business something useful

Owners can read private feedback, add private action notes, and record progress in their own workspace.

A review link opening is not proof a review was posted. A private message is not a promise that an action has already happened.

A clear path forward

Early-access service levels

The current LoveIt platform includes branded customer pages, private feedback, appearance controls, owner-approved destinations, and one owner workspace. Google review retrieval and reply publication, AI-assisted replies using real Google data, and Marketing fulfillment are planned and not yet connected.

Early-access service

LoveIt Reviews & Tap

Make it easy for customers to leave a public review or send you a private message—with a tap-and-scan experience that looks like your business.

  • Available in the current platform

Business-branded customer pages, a private feedback inbox, appearance controls, owner-approved review and social destinations, and one owner workspace.

  • Planned — not yet connected

See new Google reviews in one place, including reviews left without a LoveIt tap.

Review AI-assisted business reply drafts based on your approved facts and tone. Edit, approve, or skip each draft, and see when publication is confirmed.

Planned optional service

LoveIt Marketing

Build on LoveIt Reviews & Tap with planned help keeping your Google Business Profile up to date, preparing posts for your approval, and tracking your local visibility.

  • Available in the current platform

The same business-branded customer pages, private feedback inbox, appearance controls, approved destinations, and owner workspace.

  • Planned — not yet connected

The same planned Google review retrieval and AI-assisted business replies as LoveIt Reviews & Tap.

Google Business Profile updates, Google posts for your approval, and local-visibility reports.

Marketing support focuses on your Google Business Profile and local visibility. Advertising management and video production are outside this proposed package. Rankings are not guaranteed.

Physical concept studies

Made for your space.
Not ours.

These studies explore how a LoveIt invitation could feel at home in different local settings. They are design concepts—not installed products, customer case studies, or hardware specifications.

Your business leads

Recognizably yours—
from the counter to the phone.

The customer page begins with the business identity: an optional logo, the real business name, the tap location, and a chosen accent color. LoveIt stays in a modest footer credit.

  • A clean name-only page when no logo is needed
  • You choose which review and social links customers see
  • Private messaging stays visible beside public review choices

A second, honest path

Some conversations belong
with the business.

Private messages stay in your business’s private inbox. Owners can add internal notes and record progress in one place.

Private notes do not send a reply to the customer. Status changes do not claim that the customer is satisfied.

A calm place to follow through

Less searching.
A clearer next step.

The current platform gives owners one private workspace for messages, notification status, follow-up history, private notes, review links, and the business appearance customers see.

Interface illustration: the workspace shown here is a simplified, non-interactive representation of current platform capabilities. It is not a live login, a customer record, or an analytics claim.

Early-access setup

We are designing the setup
around you.

01

Understand the place

Start with the location, the customer moment, and the review links you want customers to see.

02

Prepare the experience

Review the business appearance and the physical concept before anything becomes customer-facing.

03

Begin deliberately

Begin with a staff-only check, then a small controlled pilot. Public launch preparation remains separate.

Why LoveIt

Thoughtful details
for local businesses.

LoveIt is being built around a simple belief: feedback should respect the customer’s choice and still feel like part of the place they visited. That means useful boundaries, honest status, and a business-first experience—not review gating or manufactured praise.

Contact LoveIt

Questions, answered plainly

A clearer picture
before you begin.

Does LoveIt hide public review choices from unhappy customers?

No. Public review options and private messaging are presented together. LoveIt does not ask for a rating first or change the choices based on sentiment.

Do customers need a LoveIt account?

No. The customer experience is designed to open directly from a tap or scan without a LoveIt account or an extra welcome screen.

Can the page look like my business?

The current platform supports an optional owner-published logo and one accent color, while always keeping the business name and location readable. Location-specific themes are not part of the current scope.

Is LoveIt connected to Google or AI today?

Not yet. The current platform can show direct owner-approved review links. Google Business Profile retrieval and reply publication, AI processing of real Google data, live discovery, Marketing fulfillment, and production inquiry delivery remain unconnected.

Is the physical piece final?

No. The objects shown here are generated design concepts, not installed products or case-study results. Final format, materials, fulfillment, pricing, and installation details still require review.
